Methods of Payment

We accept payment by cash, money order, wire transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT), direct deposit, debit card, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit card. Company cheques are accepted from accounts on approved credit only.

Order Processing Times

Orders shipping from our British Columbia location will ship the same day when placed by 12:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders shipping from our Ontario location will ship the same day when placed by 11:00 am Pacific Time.

If a backorder occurs, our Customer Service team will notify you immediately and discuss available options. Lead times for non-stock items will vary and will be advised at time of quoting and at time of order placement.

Once we ship your order, expect one of the following service delivery times:

  • Air service takes between 1 to 2 business days depending on your company's proximity to a major shipping center.
  • Ground service takes between 1 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse locations.

Shipping Information

We stock a full range of products in both our British Columbia and Ontario warehouses. As a general rule, orders in the East (ON, QC, Atlantic Canada and the Eastern USA) are shipped from our Ontario location and orders from the West (BC, AB, SK, MB and the Western USA) are shipped from our British Columbia warehouse. This enables us to provide you with faster transit times at the most favorable freight costs.

Cross-border and international shipping are our specialties. We ensure accurate customs paperwork and efficient customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

We always ship with your preferred carrier of choice if requested. If you do not have a preference, we utilize several small parcel and transport carriers and negotiate the best possible rates to your location. As a result of the longstanding relationships we enjoy with these carriers, our customers have benefited from an overall reduction in freight costs of 27% since 1999!

Don't forget to let us know whether you require ground or air service at the time you place your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders not collected within 10 business days are automatically cancelled and returned to stock. Cancellations for special or custom orders are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Return Policy

Returns received in our warehouse after 30 calendar days from invoice date are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 calendar days from invoice date. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by a Customer Service Representative and must be freight prepaid to our warehouse. Kee Klamp® fittings are subject to return restrictions. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

Shortages or Discrepancies

Bezdan Sales must be notified of any shortages or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt of order, otherwise we cannot be held responsible.

Packaging

We take great care and pride in our packaging. All orders are thoroughly checked for damage and accuracy before shipping however, sometimes damage or other mishaps can occur in transit.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to note any damage to the shipment on the carrier's waybill. Failure to do so will remove the responsibility for damage or shortage from the carrier and Bezdan Sales. We will not be responsible for losses or damages should they not be brought to the attention of the carrier upon receipt of shipment.
