Methods of Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit card, cash, certified cheques, money orders, direct deposit and wire transfers. We also accept company cheques on approved credit.
Order Processing Times
In British Columbia, orders placed by 12:00 pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. In Ontario, orders will ship the next business day; many times they will ship the same day.
Lead times for non-stock items vary and are advised at the time of quoting and at the time you place your order. If a backorder occurs, your Account Representative notifies you immediately of any changes or delays.

We stock a full range of products in both our British Columbia and Ontario warehouses. As a general rule, orders in the East (ON, QC, Maritimes and the Eastern USA) are shipped from our Ontario location and orders from the West (BC, AB, SK, MB and the Western USA) are shipped from our British Columbia warehouse. This enables us to provide you with faster transit times at the most favorable freight costs.
Cross-border and international shipping are our specialties. We ensure accurate customs paperwork and efficient customs clearance.
We always ship with your preferred carrier of choice if requested. If you do not have a preference, we utilize several small parcel and transport carriers and negotiate the best possible rates to your location. As a result of the longstanding relationships we enjoy with these carriers, our customers have benefited from an overall reduction in freight costs of 27% since 1999!
Don't forget to let us know whether you require ground or air service at the time you place your order.
Special or custom orders carry a minimum 25% restocking fee. Orders not collected from our warehouse within 10 business days are automatically cancelled and returned to stock.
Returns received in our warehouse after 30 calendar days from our invoice date are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. No returns will be authorized or accepted after 60 calendar days from our invoice date. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by an Account Representative and must be freight prepaid to our warehouse. Some special order items may not be returned.
Shortages or Discrepancies
Please notify us of any shortages or discrepancies within five business days of receipt of order. We cannot be held responsible otherwise.
We take great care and pride in our packaging. All orders are thoroughly checked for damage and accuracy before shipping however, sometimes damage or other mishaps can occur in transit.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to note any damage to the shipment on the carrier's waybill. Failure to do so will remove the responsibility for damage or shortage from the carrier and Geo. Bezdan Sales Ltd.. Geo. Bezdan Sales Ltd. will not be responsible for losses or damages should they not be brought to the attention of the carrier upon receipt of shipment.
