When selecting PVD cable fittings, start by determining the mounting substrate for your railing framework - metal or wood - then choose cable fittings to suit the substrate. Next, determine the mounting type to meet design preferences and construction requirements, such as ensuring access to the back of the post. Then select a through-post or surface mount fitting.
Our black stainless PVD cable system includes pre-drilled posts, brackets to mount handrail and through-post fittings for level or stair applications. Bezdan Cable fittings are also available with a spring-loaded jaw for ease of installation. Pair with cable infill in either stainless steel or black oxide cable. This engineered system can be topped with a wood handrail.
